At their 7/12/2016 dinner meeting Freeport
Lions Club president, Brian Burke (left), presented Lion of the Year Award to
Lion Duane Smith recognizing his continued outstanding service, loyalty and devotion to
Lionism.
Duane has faithfully served in a number of club positions and roles since 11/1/1972.
He is
immensely proud to be a Lion, and is an inspiration to the other club members.
